Mischa barton was born on January 24, 1986, in Hammersmith, the United Kingdom. On the television series The O.C. she played Marissa Cooper a socialite. Comaneci also serves on a number of charitable boards that include her position on the Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association Board of Directors and Laureus Sports For Good Foundation. After a decade, Comaneci continues to be a supporter of dozens more charities within her native Romania. This includes those of the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital.
